BILLING INFORMATION & PAYMENT METHODS
Neptune Toys accepts payment via
Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) or PayPal. To prevent fraud, we request that you ship to the confirmed Billing address on
your credit card. If this is a gift order, you can have your bank add the alternate address to your account which we can verify. For PayPal, we
request shipment to a PayPal "Confirmed" address which makes the order eligible for the PayPal Buyer/Seller Protection Policy.

The Order Process
To place an order, add your selected item to the shopping cart and then choose your payment method. For PAYPAL, click
the PAYPAL button to begin checkout on their secure website. PAYPAL provides us with all address information based on your account settings. For
CREDIT CARD payment, simply fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Upon successful checkout, our website will notify you that billing information has been received. Within an hour, we will place an authorization on
your credit card for the total amount of purchase. This is a placeholder only and does not actually bill your card.
The Verification Step
Our credit card processor also tells us whether or not the address on your order matches the Billing Address on file with them. If we are unable to
confirm a valid address, we will send you an e-mail at this step to obtain more validation that you are the cardholder and you authorize this purchase.
Once all verification is done, your order is ready to ship! We pick, package, and stage your order for the carrier to pickup. The placeholder on your
credit card account now becomes an actual charge and funds are transferred. A tracking number is typically e-mailed to you within 72 hours of your order and most packages are received within 5-8 business days.
Rush Processing Optional. By enabling this during checkout, your order will be placed at the top of our queue and processed same-day.
Shipping Insurance Optional. By enabling this during checkout, your shipment will be FULLY insured with maximum coverage.
